Our Promise 🌿

At EVOELA, we believe true wellness isn't a quick fix — it's a gradual journey of restoring balance from within.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, our aromatherapy blends are crafted to support long-term constitutional care, working gently with your body's natural rhythms. We stand behind the quality and integrity of every product we make.

That said, because our products are personal wellness items, we have specific policies in place to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation:
If your order has not been processed, you may cancel within 3 hours of payment by emailing Support@evoela.com. Please include your order number, contact information, and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 24 hours on business days, and your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Modification:
If you need to correct your order information (address or product details), please email evoela7@gmail.com within 3 hours of payment with your order number and the correct information. We will update your order before shipment.

Please note: Once your order enters processing (typically within 3 hours), we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold or restocked.

Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout — such as missing apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other details — EVOELA is not responsible for refunds. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Personal Preference
If the product or scent does not match your expectations or preferences, but the product itself is correct and undamaged, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If you receive a product with quality issues (e.g., damaged packaging, leaking or broken bottles) or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately at evoela7@gmail.com.

Please include:

Clear photos of the defective product or error
Your name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at evoela7@gmail.com. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Return & Refund Process
If you have an eligible return (unopened product), please follow these steps:

① Email evoela7@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address.

② Do not return products to the address printed on the packaging — we cannot receive returns at that location.

③ Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

④ Ship the package via your local post office (typically the most economical option). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

⑤ Once shipped, reply to our email with your tracking number and carrier information.

⑥ After we receive the package and confirm it is unopened and in good condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
